Reporting
An overview of the reporting tools available in the Bamboo dashboard, including fees earned, conversion tracking, and leaderboards.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Reporting in the sidebar to access the available reports. The reports available to you depend on your access level and organisation settings.
Available Reports
Fees Earned
The Fees Earned report shows a breakdown of revenue generated from sold properties. For each sold property, you can see:
- Property details - Address, thumbnail, and sale date.
- Sold price - The final sale price achieved.
- Guide price and reserve price for comparison.
- Sold over guide - How much above the guide price the property sold for.
- Agent fee earned - The commission earned by the agent's organisation.
- Auction fee - The fee structure applied (percentage or fixed).
- Account manager - The Bamboo account manager assigned.
Use the filters to narrow results by organisation, branch, date range, or search for a specific property.
Converted
The Converted report tracks properties that have successfully completed the sale process after auction. This includes properties that went from "Under Offer" to "Sold", showing the full conversion pipeline.
Unconverted
The Unconverted report shows properties where the auction ended with a winning bidder, but the sale did not complete. Common reasons include:
- Buyer financing fell through.
- Survey issues discovered after the auction.
- Buyer withdrew during the reservation period (conditional auctions).
This report helps you track fall-through rates and identify patterns.
Unsolds
The Unsolds report lists properties that did not receive any bids meeting the reserve price. Use this to:
- Identify properties that may need re-pricing.
- Review properties that could be relisted with adjusted terms.
Offers
The Offers report provides an overview of all offers received across your properties, useful for tracking negotiation activity on private treaty listings and post-auction offers.
Auction Leads
The Auction Leads report shows potential leads generated from auction activity, including:
- Buyers who registered but did not win.
- Watchers and enquirers on properties.
- High-engagement users who could be contacted for other listings.
Auction Leads is available to organisations with the AuctionPro feature enabled.
Leaderboards
The Leaderboards report ranks performance across your organisation, allowing you to compare:
- Top-performing branches by revenue.
- Most active agents by listings created.
- Highest conversion rates.
Exporting Data
Most reports support CSV export, allowing you to download the data for further analysis in a spreadsheet application. Look for the export button in the toolbar above each report table.
Filtering Reports
All reports share common filtering options:
- Organisation - Filter to a specific organisation (for multi-organisation accounts).
- Branch - Narrow results to a specific branch.
- Date range - Set a start and end date for the report period.
- Search - Search for specific properties by address or title.
