Auction Leads
How to use AuctionPro's Auction Leads tool to identify properties in your CRM that are suitable for auction.
What is Auction Leads?
Auction Leads is an AuctionPro feature that scans your connected CRM for properties that could be suitable for auction. It identifies potential auction candidates from your existing pipeline, helping you grow your auction business by finding opportunities you might otherwise miss.
How It Works
Auction Leads pulls property data from your connected CRM (such as Reapit) and analyses listing descriptions, statuses, and property details to flag properties that show auction potential. Properties are scored and surfaced in a dedicated report, giving you a ready-made list of leads to follow up on.
Viewing Auction Leads
Navigate to Reporting > Auction Leads in the sidebar. The report displays a table of properties from your CRM with the following columns:
- Property - The address of the property. Click to view more details in a popup, or click through to the Bamboo listing if already listed.
- Price - The current asking price in the CRM.
- Negotiator - The agent assigned to the property in your CRM.
- Branch - The office the property belongs to.
- Status - The CRM status (e.g. For Sale, Under Offer, Pre Appraisal).
- CRM - Which CRM the property was sourced from.
- For Auction - Whether the property has been identified as suitable for auction based on its listing details.
- Listed With Bamboo - Whether the property is already listed on your Bamboo auction platform.
- Created / Modified - When the property was created or last updated in the CRM.
Filtering Leads
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your results:
- Organisation - Select which organisation to view leads for.
- Branch - Filter to a specific office.
- Status - Filter by CRM property status.
- For Auction - Show only properties flagged as auction-suitable.
- Listed With Bamboo - Filter by whether the property is already on your auction platform.
- Date range - Filter by when the property was created in the CRM.
Property Details
Click the info icon next to any property address to open a detailed popup showing:
- CRM property ID, branch, and negotiator contact details.
- Property summary and full description.
- Strapline and notes from the CRM.
- Auction indicator keywords highlighted in the text, showing why the property was flagged.
Exporting Leads
Click the CSV export button to download your auction leads as a spreadsheet. The export includes all visible columns plus auction indicator keywords, useful for sharing with your team or importing into other tools.
Taking Action on a Lead
When you spot a property that's a good auction candidate:
- Review the property details and negotiator information.
- Contact the negotiator to discuss the auction opportunity with the vendor.
- If the vendor agrees, add the property to Bamboo as an online auction listing.
- Once listed, the Listed With Bamboo column will update to reflect this.
