Buyer Search Insights is an AuctionPro feature that shows you exactly what buyers are searching for in your area. It gives you a real-time feed of buyer search activity, complete with their details and search timestamps, enabling highly targeted outreach to people already looking for properties like yours.
How It Works
When buyers search for properties on your auction website, Bamboo captures their search criteria and location data. Buyer Search Insights aggregates this data and presents it in a way that helps you:
- See what buyers want - Understand the types of properties, price ranges, and locations buyers are actively searching for.
- Identify local demand - Spot trends in buyer interest for specific areas or postcodes near your listings.
- Target your outreach - Contact buyers who have searched for properties matching your current or upcoming listings.
Viewing Search Insights
Property-Level Insights
View search insights for a specific property to see which buyers have been searching in that area. This helps you understand the pool of potential bidders for each listing.
Buyer-Level Insights
Dive deeper into individual buyer search patterns to understand:

- How frequently they're searching.
- What their search criteria suggest about their requirements.
Geographic View
