What is Overview & Analytics?

The Overview & Analytics dashboard is an AuctionPro feature that gives you a comprehensive, real-time view of your auction performance. It combines live property data, key statistics, performance graphs, and an activity feed into a single page so you can monitor everything at a glance.

Key Components

Statistics Cards

At the top of the Overview page, statistics cards display your key metrics at a glance:

• Live Properties - The number of properties currently in active auction.
• Sold Properties - Total properties sold in the selected period.
• Fees Earned - Revenue generated from sold properties. Internal users can toggle between total, Bamboo, and agent fees.
• Total Sales - The combined value of all sales.
• Success Rate - Your auction conversion rate as a percentage.

Use the period selector to view these metrics by month, year, or a custom date range.

Live Properties Table

A real-time table of all your active auction listings, showing:

• Property details - Thumbnail, address, and title.
• Current price - The highest bid received so far.
• Reserve price - Whether the reserve has been met.
• Bids and offers - Live counts that update as activity comes in.
• Watchers - How many buyers are currently watching the property.
• Realtime count - The number of users actively viewing the property right now.
• Status - Current auction status with a countdown timer.

The table updates automatically, so you always see the latest data without refreshing.

Performance Graphs

Visual charts showing buyer engagement trends over time. Track how interest in your listings changes throughout the auction period, and compare performance across branches.

Activity Feed

A real-time feed of events happening across your listings:

• New bids placed.
• Buyer registrations.
• Offers received.
• Property status changes.
• Watcher activity.

You can filter the activity feed by event type and search for specific activity. The feed updates live via WebSocket, so new events appear instantly.

Filtering

The Overview page supports filtering at multiple levels:

• Organisation - Switch between organisations (for multi-organisation accounts).
• Region - Filter to a specific region within your organisation.
• Branch - Narrow down to individual branches.

All statistics, the live properties table, and the activity feed update to reflect your selected filters.

Using the Overview Effectively

Daily Monitoring

Start your day on the Overview page to see which properties have the most activity, check for new bids overnight, and identify any properties that need attention.

Vendor Updates

Use the statistics cards and live property data to prepare quick updates for your vendors, showing them exactly how much interest their property is generating.

Performance Tracking

Compare periods using the statistics cards to track whether your auction business is growing. Monitor success rates and fees earned to measure the impact of changes to your approach.

Team Management

For organisation or region-level users, use the branch filters to compare performance across your offices and identify which teams are driving the most auction activity.
